Infertility Costs

I thought it would be helpful to document some of our infertility costs so far.  Before I got married last summer, my insurance didn't pay for anything, including diagnostics, so as soon as we got married I switched to my husband's insurance that covered 50% of everything except IVF, which is not covered at all.  I've included doctor's appointments, although I don't remember what all of them are for, and I know some of the lab costs are for semen analysis, but I can't remember which ones.  I include a subtotal for each category just for fun.  Here is a breakdown of my costs so far, not including ovulation test kits, pregnancy tests, or vitamins/supplements:
